Yoghurt and raisin bran is a good snack too. Actually, I've tried yoghurt with different cereals and snacks over all, cheaper to put it together myself than to buy those pre-assembled ones, and I can control the sugar content =)

Yes! We have a water filter. We use it for most of our water. I’ve heard refilling plastic bottles that aren’t made for multi use can leach plastic but I’m not sure.
