Ingredients
The Main Ingredients
* 300 g or about 6 handfuls of Peanuts;
* 75 g or about 5 tbsp of Brown Sugar;
* 25 g or about 2 tbsp of Granulated Sugar;
* ¼ tsp Fine Salt, to taste;
* ½ tsp Broth Powder;
* 50 ml or about ¼ cup Hot Water.
Ingredients for the Mashed Spices
* 15 large red chilies, to taste;
* 10 bird’s eye chilies, to taste;
* 2 cloves of Garlic;
* 2 cloves of Shallots;
* 1 tbsp of Tamarind, soak with 5 tbsp of Hot Water, stir well, then take the water.
