Crunchy Cireng - Fried Tapioca Starch
Ingredient
Ingredient S (Base)
* 3 Cloves of Garlic, puree or can be replaced with 1 tsp Garlic Powder;
* 1 tsp Knorr Beef Broth Powder;
* ¾ tsp Salt, to taste;
* 1 tsp Oregano, optional. You may also go with 2 sprigs of finely chopped scallions, to taste.
* ½ tsp Coriander Powder;
* ¼ tsp Pepper Powder;
* 30 grams or about 2 tablespoons of Tapioca Flour;
* 200 ml or about ¾ cup of water.
Ingredient B (Additional Dough)
* 180 grams or about 12 tablespoons of Starch;
* 15 grams or about 1 tablespoon of Pastry flour, to prevent the dough from bursting out when fried.
Additional Ingredients
* Chili sauce, Bangkok chili sauce, peanut sauce, to taste.
