@@Stonytude i get the vibe that Shalini is probably on the autism spectrum.. i can actually relate to her. But even if she's faking the eccentricity to live what she dreams and aspires to live like.. she doesn't seem to have malice or the wrong intention of manipulating others into seeing her differently or anything. Like she said shes multifaceted and has childlike chaotic mind even from the way she communicates can observe it. She kind of reminds me of Pheobe in Friends series. Shalini realised early as with most women with autism, that she's different, so she has focused it on her fashion ,style as an outlet for that energy...but normally woman try to hide their eccentricities afraid of judging eyes..

Bhavna, Seema & Shalini seem very genuine. Honestly, Ridhima's personality is not still clear. Neelam seems quite insecure. Maheep was overshadowed this season. Shalini definitely carried thos season, else it would have been very boring.

Shalini lies a lot to appear in the best light.. It is strange that you did not notice all this!!.. And also in her private life she lives with great arrogance and haughtiness.. In the way she treats her servants.. They walk two behind her all the time and when eating they stand next to her and help her eat.. Even in calculating the time she has someone to take care of it for her.. She never does anything by herself.. And she exaggerates a lot in nudity for her age.. She also uses Botox and fillers and perhaps more than all the others in the show but without showing this on camera.

I found Shalini Passi to be most real .....Maheep speaks in an accent god knows from where...riddhima is all about my husband ny brother....she has nothing about her..... Bhavna is another real person......she seems very practical n sounds pretty grounded....Neelam sounds very insecured.... Seema seems to have a lot on her plate but she really wants to manages her life well.... Kalyani.....well she's single female who direly wishes for a company......am not sure what she's got to add in the show....inam sure she's a better entrepreneur and perhaps the most successful as "an individual" than the rest!
