I was there when Warbringer opened for them. Unfortunately I moved down to the Gulf coast and there isn't much of a metal scene down here. Occasionally someone like Morbid Angel or Gwar will come to Pensacola but it is nothing like the Milwaukee scene.

I love this fucking dude! Blitz is one of a kind. Overkill is Big Four caliber and always has been. Every since Under the Influence I listen to Overkill as well as Exodus just as much or more because you know exactly what you're getting without question

I remember meeting Blitz at the Capitol Theater in Flint MI. During the Horrorscope tour. He was larger than life to a 16 year old kid. I didn't know how tall he was and at 6 foot 1" he towered over me and he was CUT. He had a physique I wish I had. One of the best shows I have ever seen. Got a DD pick. I cherish it to this day next to my Pantera Cowboys drum stick. He told us good luck with our band and our guitarist said good luck with yours. Talked to us for at least 5 minutes and was genuinely interested in us. Great guy. Fan for life.
