And also there is an issue with the size of the population, it's just so massive that most events are going to be swamped, and of course local police will have difficulty controlling such gatherings.

If govt can't provide security permission for a movie release , then this should be a weak administration. It seems like Congress govt has taken a leaf out of YCP govt in creating stamped ( tarnish CBN image for electrol gain) I have serious doubt this incident. Justice need to be done. This case should be handed over to CBI.

Is it not the job of government to ensure safety of all people? whether it is a star or common people? The government has done nothing to stop people from coming. The government is equally responsible for the death. Government/ police are covering their inefficiency for not being proactive and preempt the situation .So with this logic we should have political rallies. Or is the CM saying that only political parties should have people gathering?
