Absolutely not! I can assure you that if you work hard, you will get to that level one day. I know that a girl started ballet(which is really hard) at 15 and at age 17 she danced in a famous theatre... Everyone in the class was 3 years younger than her but she kept working hard. Also, I'm a 15 yo dancer and if I saw a new 15 yo dancer in my class, i would think that that's perfectly okay
