Penn for best results you need to apply steam to the face to open the pores then apply the mask for best results it's key to remember after removing the mask to apply cool press to close the pores. May be time to try again haha

Yeah, this hurts, tip on reducing pain: like sports bandages, if you want one of those hard, peel-off face masks to come off more easily, you should use, like an oil like avocado oil or a smooth oil-based cleanser.
