Thank you for great videos, at the end of night shift coming home and with car noises outside i had alway found it difficult to fall sleep. Your videos has really help me up to recently when there is a loud advert right at the end I understand that you need to have adverts and at the beginning is OK but right at the end ! I fell sleep listening to this video and worked up to the loud advert. Unfortunately I can not afford to pay for the advert free KZbin Is there anyway round this ? Like having 2 or long adverts at the beginning but none at the end

We absolutely never add any ads at the end, only before the meditation begins. KZbin run ads after every single video on the site. It used to be that turning off auto play ended whatever video was playing. It’s not us, it’s every video on KZbin and we can do nothing about it

@@jordana99 you should try one of those soft material headbands that have earphones built in, total game changer, before I'd fall asleep with ear buds in & wake up with pain in my ears but the headbands are really soft material, some even have eye masks too, Amazon has a good selection & you'd be amazed at how many additional sounds you get to hear 🖤🌠🌙🌠🖤

I love your videos. Just some advice. I think the explanation of details were too vague and short. It didnt help make vivid images to entrance my consciousness. I think over explaining small details will really take these haven videos to a new level.

The single most annoying part about listening to these sleep stories is that I always fall asleep before the story is finished so I never know how it ends. Yes, I’m aware of the irony of this. 😂😂😂 Also, no, I will not stop listening. Instead, I’ll learn to cope with the unknown…

As long as you sleep, then that’s fine as the body knows what it needs and if it needs to fall asleep it just means you’ve relaxed to that stage :)
