Hello ! Very interesting video ! FYI, the Augustinus Bader serum I not the same as the Victoria Beckham one . They have different goals. According to the Augustinus Bader website, the Augustinus Bader serum « support total complexion correction, hydratation and renewal ». The Victoria Beckham one is a « 360 degre treatment, that addresses the apparence of past skin damage and defend against environmental agressors » . The ingredients aren’t the same either. I am 59 and fully agree with moisturizing products, gua sha and my facial devices. However, I recently find that gua sha may be attributing to broken capillaries

Go gently with the gua sha - for me, I use it mostly for lymphatic drainage - which requires a very light touch.

I love seeing reviews of new-to-me products, and several of these are things I had not heard of! I've been using the Sukoyaka Suhada urea lotion before my serums for a few months now and really enjoy it. I might give one of the essences you mentioned a try. I'm curios if you've ever used SK-II facial treatment essence. It's quite expensive, but I received a trial size bottle in a recent Sephora sample kit and like it very much. If you've used it, I'd love an honest opinion / comparison to what you're using now. Thanks!

Yes, I have - but there's a dupe for it called Secret Key - the ingredient deck is nearly identical and Secret Key is MUCH more affordable! I have the Sukoyaka Suhada as well and rotate that in one in a while

Well, you should watch my one Halo video that shows you my recovery so you know what to expect. I loved the results and I may do another one in the future. It's important to know what you want out of the Halo since it's adjustable. If you're not clear with your provider you'll probably get a setting that's smack down the middle, where I told my provider I wanted to lean more towards collagen production that skin resurfacing. I got the resurfacing (you'll see in the video), but she tuned it so that it wasn't a 50-50 split and I got the laser deeper for collagen. Good luck!! I hope you love it.

Hi Kiki. Love your videos so much. Your knowledge of ingrediets is invaluable. It is a pleasure to watch your layering technique. As much as I wish that was an option for me, my prep time and pocketbook both come up short. Is it even possible to recommend your must haves for each level of prep, ie.....cleanser, toner, sirum, eye cream, moisturizer, etc.? Or maybe something close to that for both morning and night.? Hi Nancy - for me layering is so important because me skin is very thirsty. I love the Pyukang Yul and if I'm in a hurry - that will be my only toner/essence. It's priced very well. Then the C. Then I'd have to add either the Laniege or the new Rephr product (really hydrating). Then the Hado Labo and then the Liquid Gold. You can leave out the expensive products - I think do a lot for the look of my skin - but without them I know I'm getting anti-oxidant, hydrating and moisture. Eye cream, I have to use both. Hope this helps.

Getting older. my skin tends to be dehydrated 9as you as pointed out0, and I try to be better with drinking plenty of water, but am not always good about this. I have a simple morning routine of using Hada labo. some Vit C serum (presently I've been trying Nip n Fab, then a Nivea spf moisturizer as a last step. I was visiting a consultant last week and she couldn't believe that I was 66. So I must be doing something right.😁

I use misceller (sp) water first to get most off - then either oil or gel (Alastin or Rephr) for the "2nd cleanse."

Well, everyone is different. I'm 60 and have skin on the dry side. Right now their is super dry so fall/winter I just keep adding hydrators until my skin doesn't feel tight. I think using too many ACTIVES at one time can be problematic - my only true active in the am is Vitamin C.
