This might be your best review ever, or at least my favorite. 😆 All the rants...err streams of consciousness... are awesome. It's nice when we can see that you're a fan of a car, or at least that you like it. But you still tell us about what sucks and what's stupid about it. Well done 👍🏼

It does have wireless charging in between the armrest and cup holders..👍

I missed that, that's my fault - you're correct and thank you

90 all the way 😎🤓🙏 when only one of you is in the car 99% of the time and like me, you live in a city (London), it actually makes sense. So 110 or 90 comes down to individual use case, both have their merits and negatives IMHO.

This version of the defender 90 really does do 150mph as well. Out of the 3-4 true all terrain tire choices that become available when you option the 20 inch wheels to the p525 defender 90 there is one option that stands out as the superior choice: Falken Wildpeak All terrain Trail 'on road' all terrain tires which are not only severe snow service rated and considered on road all terrain tires when paired with Unibody offroaders that are equipped with transfer case 4x4 systems you dont want the off road all terrain tires because they end up wearing uneven and dont last nearly as long as they claim to. But lastly whats amazing with this all terrains is that they perform very well in moderate to advanced off road terrain and they are speed rated for 149mph-the top speed of the defender 90 p525! Perfect setup!

90 drives way better then 110 (have both)

You sure that doesn't have wireless charging in the front console right between the cupholder and the cubby armrest bin? Most all of them do (at a good spec) -- for a V8, I'm sure it does.

It does offer wireless charging. It’s under the rubber mat I front of the cooler

I love the satin protective film approach but yeah SV had the ability to allow any paint color in the stable and they chose to only give it the most plain options. No bueno there. The rest of the rig is badass. Any word if they’ll make a 110 version?
@TheHooniverse2 жыл бұрын
They definitely make a 110 version. Saw one the other day, actually. It's 👌

3:23 Absolutely DO NOT do it. If the car ships with 20” wheels, the top speed gets limited way lower than with 22s. You’ll basically get a car with a disability. That said, I completely agree with the author on the looks of the 90. Stubby and disproportional. The coolest thing would be to have 110’s body with two doors, like the RR SV Coupe.
@TheHooniverse2 жыл бұрын
You don't need to go 149 mph in a Defender 90. I'd take a reduced top speed for better off-road performance.
@alexclipper76082 жыл бұрын
@@TheHooniverse you also don’t need 530hp to go off-roading. If you’re paying for the crazy V8 model, it only makes sense to get the whole package. And it’s not like you can’t buy a set of 20” wheels if you need them.
@ALMX5DP2 жыл бұрын
If I had the ridiculous amount of money to have one of these, I’d totally swap out either 22 or 20s with the steelies (fully knowing I’d also need to downsize the brakes to the base model units). Love a sleeper.
@alexclipper76082 жыл бұрын
@@ALMX5DP it would still make sense to order it with 22s, so you get the higher limiter, wouldn’t it?
@ALMX5DP2 жыл бұрын
@@alexclipper7608 is it only the limiter that is changed? I don’t think I’d really care, I bet a Defender 90 doing 150+ would be scary as heck. If there are other changes like raucousness of the exhaust or power or something I’d probably choose it.
