Sticky rice is a very traditional dim sum dish! It’s one of my faves. They wrap it in a Lotus or banana leaf and steam it to get the rice to take on the flavour. I’ve never heard of a sticky rice dumpling…

Mmmm I love lo mai gai! It’s sticky rice in lotus leaves usually with meat. Reminds me a little bit of pastilles in Puerto Rican food. I wonder if there was pork in under at all or maybe it had a lot of fish sauce. I love dim sum!

I love how you put efforts on making the dish from different countries and make it look easy 😍 absolutely loving your energy on every video as well! If I may request, can you try some Indonesian food in the future? You can start by the easy dishes if you want to try cooking it by yourself (I suggest “nasi goreng” and “mie goreng”), however if you’re gonna get take away always ask for the restaurant’s recommendation! That's a lot of food girl, amazing u can look so fit 😂. San Fran my favorite city but I haven't tried their dim sum. I had dinner at a Chinese restaurant though. The way u savoured the food u genuinely love dim sum n oriental pastries. Chinese pastries are not super sweet with a light texture I love them too. The coconut bun is my favorite but I'll get rid of the cream filling there's a huge heap don't want the calories, but the bun itself is very light, very delicious Ur obviously into spicy stuff u should explore the Sichuan food, they are unique n totally a different experience from dim sum. Btw the humongous sticky rice might not taste that good u should try the mini version, they are favorites of my non Chinese friends. Keep up the good work, ur videos are lively n take the culinary experience to the next level.
