One thing I’m going to try this year to bring some does that are just out range in tome , like for example the does at 17:41 I saw this video where this guy would pick up a hand full of acorns before climbing up and he seen some does pretty good out of range but in a deers hearing range and just started dropping those acorns down and they worked their way right on over to him.

That young man broke the cardinal rule of hunting. You never ever ever go into the woods without being armed during hunting season. Because when you do most of the time you’re going to get a change at a deer I know from experience.

I had 2 tags when I was younger and shot a nice 8 point I put my bow down and went back to check the trail to see if he circled around I looked up and a giant 10 in 10-12 yards away from me grazing on acorns… slowly tired to back away, he made me and was gone lol lesson learned!

So just a quick tip and a story. for small holes in tires like you guys had. Keep a pack of fine thread short dry wall screws and pvc cement in your glove box for a quick fix on the trail. I work construction so nails are always a major problem but we have found this trick to actually work better than it should. Slather the hole and screw with pvc cement and screw it into the tire and sink it just deeper than your tread. True story. Last time I had my tires replace I was asked if I had any issues with tires leaking, which only 1 of the 4 tires had a small leak I couldn’t find. Come to find out I had 7 screw in one tire 3 in another and 2 in the third tire which all 3 of those were fine and the 4th tire was the one leaking due to a leaking valve step.

Nice try at 19:23 with that soft grunt. If you don't have a dominant buck a grunt will generally get them to go the other way, but had to give it a try.

Missouri been bad this year for oak mites and ticks. Fun fact about ticks....they can sit on a leaf for 2yrs without food/water waiting on their next meal.

It doesn't get old at all when I stop sitting in a stand every day and started scouting twice as much. I kill 3 times as many deer ,case in point this year in the first 47 days of the South Carolina season I've killed 2 bucks and a swamp nanny and past on multiple other deer. Scout, Scout, Scout, Hunt, Kill, Clean, Chill, Cook, Repeat.❤

***TICK TIP*** Buy and bring a sticky lint roller. Keep it in your bag (even pocket), especially when scouting. Those suckers get on you just roll away and it takes them right off! Trust me! 🤯🤯 Please share on one of your video will help a lot of people!

just make sure you carry tire plugs and a little air pump and you could have fixed that tire very easy in like 5 min and be on your way i never go in the hills without some tire plugs and air compressor makes it easy ....your guys rock !!!!!

Seed ticks, never heard of those, are those what others call Chiggers? Should also carry some tire plugs and a portable air compressor if you guys are going to be travelling all these remote back roads and such. 10 minutes you would have been back on the road without having to change the tire or take the flat one off at all.
