Aaron, I just wanted to say this video brought me to tears. I am 25 years old now and have been hunting with my dad since I was 4. My dad is in the hospital battling cancer right now and this video was exactly what I needed. It brought back all the pricelist memories of growing up with my dad in the woods. Absolutely beautiful video. Thank you.

Had the bow set up at a pro shop. It performed just fine kzbin.infoUgkxQEKUoxLWwayEDZR0NKB-5limn4MBU-2L . And I would say this is a good starting now that I could pass down to my son when he is older. But the package was missing the release and a nock was missing from one arrow.Dealing with customer support was terrible. They suggested I buy a new release rather than correct their own quality control issue because it’s to expensive for the. to ship it out from China.Update: manufacturer got back to me and resolved the issue. I retract the above statement.

I went hunting once as a teen but didn't take a shot. I'm in my mid-30s now and will be hunting again for the first time in almost 20 years and I'm already excited about the possibilities of going with my kids and eventually grandkids when they exist. If I do manage to have a successful hunt this season, I'll probably be just as giddy as this little guy.

Aaron....out of all the videos you guys have ever done, this is my favorite! Its not about the video quality, its about the experience. If the future of hunting is going to continue, we as hunters have the responsibility to bring, teach and introduce new people to the outdoors. Miles was so excited, as if he had shot the deer himself. It seems like he is hooked for life now.

Of all the videos y'all have made this one is my favorite because it brings back the memories of me and my dad. He started taking me when I was very young. I cherish those memories and hunting lessons. Thank you for sharing this. I'm 61 now and my dad I 82 his health is not good but I did get to take him a few times last year and he shot a nice 6 point it wasn't his biggest by far but it's the first time I saw him shed tears and I asked him what was wrong he said not a thing I'm just so happy to share this with my best hunting buddy. Then tears started swelling up in my eyes as I'm thinking how our life has come full circle. I'm taking him hunting like he took me. God has been very good to us. Again thanks for sharing this memory with your son.

I have been watching THP videos for a couple of years now (as well as others) and in all the hours I have spent watching KZbin, I have never felt compelled to leave a comment. That being said, I must say that video where Aaron and Miles were hunting together on the family farm was (by far) the best video I have seen not only from the THP group, but on all of KZbin itself! I felt the excitement emanating from Aaron but mainly Miles. I shoot a lot a deer every year, and I learned how to hunt because there were a few select people in my life that had taken the time to take me into the woods. My own father passed away long before I was old enough to hunt. In my opinion it’s the times in the woods learning how to hunt, and more importantly, the time and patience that people have taken to teach the younger generations the sport that the child will remember the most. In fact, in the last 20 something years I’ve been hunting and all the deer we have encountered and shot. The best memories come from the hunts where I take someone new to the woods and watch them grow in the sport. It all starts with their first exciting hunt. I really enjoyed the video, by far the best I think you guys have ever made. Please keep it up! On another note… I also wanted to take the time to thank you guys for all of the work you do, all of the things you have taught me. You have made me a better public land hunter, and in turn, made all of the other people I’ve taken to the woods as well… Thank you!

Taking a kid hunting and being open to shooting whatever and focusing on Miles above everything else is what it's all about. The excitement and raw emotions is what it's all about. Great video. Kid's excitement is contagious. I started taking my daughter with me when she was 4. She kind of lost interest and I started taking my oldest son when he was 4. He shot his first deer when he was 10. He has become a life long hunting companion. We took my 9 year old grandson deer hunting last weekend. It is the first time he has carried a gun deer hunting. We had a small 7 point buck get within 10 yds and he passed it up. He is hoping to get a good sized buck.

Aaron, what you did right there with your son, that was perfect. You both will remember that day forever. I just don't know the words for what I'm feeling right now. I know that I feel great.

Miles will remember this hunt above all others, you gave him control over what gets shot. The excitement on his face was priceless. Great job, and beautiful Deer.

I miss those days so much my youngest is 21. you have many more years to enjoy. There isn't nothing better than having your kids by your side. I even look for young kids to take on the new season I'll take any kids and give them an opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors. If it wasn't for my uncle being adie hard Hunter I wouldn't be who I am today

I think this is by far the best video that ya'll have done. As a father it is our duty to pass down the outdoors and hunting to the next generation. Your step son will have those memories for a lifetime
