Why the answer for the question number 4 is "A", meanwhile there is a obivious evidence " We need wardens to help make sure the actual parking is more organized than last year, WHICH WAS A MESS" ?

I think the number no.20 sounds confusing, Susan said that most of the younger students preferred to cram..." instead of all the younger students like the answer.

Bật phụ đề tiếng anh lên ấy bạn 😅, mình nghĩ là câu 4 đáp án sai chứ nghe mòn tai vẫn không hiểu sao lại là A
