For question 13 the key says the answer is 4000 words however the instructions were--no more than three words or a number, so how will 'words' come, I think the correct answer is only '4000' For question 39 'cancel an appointment' is what she says but the answer key mentions 'cancel the appointment'

Hi, everyone. I need your piece of advice. My listening result is getting worse and worse. About 1 month ago my average result was 5.5 without trainings everyday. Now it’s 4.5, in good case 5.0. I don’t know why is it so. I do 1 video like this daily, but it doesn’t help. My exam in 2 weeks, I don’t know what to do. Also, I should mention that the problem is not in incorrectly written words, but it is in details. For example, in question 13 the answer is “4000 words”, I wrote only “4000”. It seems like the correct one, but this little difference may cost few points for me. What should I do?
