They asked the opening and closing .. and they clearly stated that it do not opens in the noon so A is the correct one .

Don't we need to capitalize the starting character of the word in 29 or 30? like Modify and Communicate? I thought starting of the sentence starts with capital character so I did write them as starting with capital letter. I am asking this question with respect to computer based IELTS exam

No, it did not start with modify or communicate.. it lies in between the sentence so we do not capitalize it.
