Short comment :- 10th 74.9%, 12th 84%, Male, OBC NCL, PCM. 19 Year old. Going to pursue Eco hons this year. SSC CGL as backup if I dont get relevant campus placement roles. Target is CAT but plan B is RBI grade B. Will think about CAT later if I get RBI grade B or will go for GMAT. Confused on how to get started from my first year ( for both RBI and CAT ). I am targeting IIM C, FMS and those that dont heavily rely on acads since I dont think I have good acads for IIM B and not sure about IIM A, I, etc. Will you please make a video about students like me? Or some tips on preparation from 1st year itself. Like personality building, competition, skills, etc. Long comment :- Bhaiya I am currently 19 year old ( turned this year ) and will be pursuing Eco hons from this year onwards. I am not confident that I will be getting SRCC or St stephens so I am not even thinking of campus placements. Instead my plan and targets goes like, Target :- CAT and RBI grade B ( Priority is CAT ). Back up :- SSC CGL ( substitute for campus placements if I dont get good roles during campus placements ). My academics:- PCM background, 10th UP board 74.9%. 12th CBSE 84%. OBC NCL. How do I go about this? Like I dont want to purchase any course as of now because none of them provide a 3 year coaching. One more thing I have to mention is that previous year, after my drop, I enrolled myself in BS in data science and programming by IIT madras which is online ( tests and fests offline ). I dont know if I should drop it or continue doing it along with my Eco hons degree. Because I have interest in commerce more than coding ( I chose the data science coz I didn't know that a science guy can go for commerce courses 🤦 and didnt choose any NIT because was not getting CS and dont want to study chemical, etc coz my chemistry sucks, Math good though ).

RBI GRADE B is something which you have to pursue with full dedication. Competition is like crazy with people like me 😅 and others who are already having a government job. Start preparing early to crack it early on. Although mba through IIM will be more rewarding in many ways.

Should i (sc category with 55% in 12th) prepare for upsc or give 12th board exam again and try for srcc , hansraj , etc. A little about myself : I am a maha board student i got 80.20 % in 10th2020( geography paper was cancelled bcoz of covid and board passed all students' geography paper and 55% in12th 2022 ( my father got covid right before boards and i couldnt study for the exams and as my books were at my home and i couldnt take them or buy them from anywhere as the covid handlers wouldnt let us go to our house saying we risk getting infected , i got admission in SCAC but i am not eligible for placement, i tried giving 12th boards again but my parents didnt allow me to give it again . After interacting with students of my college i got to know about importance of 10,12 marks in career . I didnt have anyone in my social circle i could talk to for career guidance . Can you plz guide me on what options i have available I gave all the details i could so that i can be sure of what options i have
