Hi sir I did my graduation in 2019, BCOM Accounting and Finance. I completed my MCOM from IGNOU in 2022 December. I have 14 months of teaching experience in a private school from Jan 2020 to Feb 2021. Working as India Post GDS since August 2022 till present. My percentage in 10th- 93.67 12th - 92.60 Graduation - 77.57 CGPA is 6.27 out of 7 PG - 66 My graduation was not from any top tier school. Its only a normal college. I am asking this because I have heard that a 1 yr MBA is good for people with work-ex. However I am interested in a 2 year MBA. I'm not gonna lie , my main motivation is monetary benefits after MBA, which is I believe are more in a 2 year MBA as compared to an executive MBA.
