The woman is handcuffed to David while hanging over a cliff. Next thing she sees is the Hulk rescuing her. Can't believe she didn't connect the dots and figure out David became the Hulk.

I used to watch the incredible hulk shows especially when David turns into the incredible hulk in which is Lou frango but I still don't know how they did that switch I guess it's just a clue to me I guess!
