Peter, the fisherman, is a bold, brash, up-front guy who found peace and happiness on
the shores of Galilee. But when he met Jesus, his life underwent a remarkable transformation.

Peter has got to be one of my favorite saints, because he was all too human! I feel encouraged by reading of his brashness, his denial of Jesus, and through it all, Jesus loved and believed in him. By the way, can you tell me from what movie or TV show did you get the clips of Jesus and Peter? I ask this because I've seen the same actor playing Jesus from other KZbin videos. Jesus and Peter looked authentically Middle Eastern. The actor playing Jesus brought His great compassion alive.

Life makes righteousness so hard; we try & we fail so miserably; thank you God for your mercy; I’ve had to learn to live with constant pain & sometimes I feel like it’s the results of my life sins but it’s not because that’s not how our Lord does things; he’s just & never petty; he’s fair & pure love I only wish I could achieve. I love Peter. I can relate to him. He's brought me closer to God. He is STILL a fisherman of men.
