Have you tried Aromatherapy? I like to use Incense or/ Essential oils. Jasmine, Sandalwood, Palo Alto, Lavender Maillette, (low camphor content) Citrus, Grapefruit, Vanilla, and Ylang-Ylang Are some of my favorites. Diaphragmatic breathing is helpful. Take a bubble bath with a bath bomb and light some candles.
