We have to put our little girl down for planned naps in the day. She has about 3 hours in total else she won't sleep. Bath and bed for 8pm and wakes up around either 3pm for a feed for 5pm. Shes never slept through yet and shes 4 months old and used to wake every 3 hours. Baby's will sleep how they want and have there own pattern. It's taken us ages to find something that suits her xx

noord 5 min walk from sta5unon and 4 min metro to the central amstadam I would do air bab and travel card which is for Metro tran bus be careful of bickes I would recommend body works / world Ann Frank house Fault in Our star bench van youth museum there is a very strong odo4w of weed in do.e areas overall carry nice only we t for 2 full days and 2 travel days hope this thelpsxx
