I own an Australian distribution company. We deal with people in China. I emailed him and let him know who I was and what I was all about. I told him I was going to put the word out about him to my contacts to never do business with him. He replied and told me that he was going to refund you and that the videos were gone so I had no proof haha. Anyway I just thought I would let you know that us Aussies have your back.

After living and working in China for almost 5 years back from 2003-2008, I can tell you at the time that most companies had very bad business ethics. I could not begin to count the number of times that they would change the contract. Or that they would not live up to the contract. Or they would change the materials of a product and hide it so we did not know. Or they would go directly to our customers in the US and offer to sell to them directly. Or if there product had a massive failure, they would refuse to back their product up and just ignore you because they had plenty of other people wanting them to do business with them. Happened so many times. Or you give them $25,000 for a deposit on a container of goods, and then when you inspect them before shipment, and they are all defective, and they refuse to give your deposit back, and demand you take the product with a 10% discount, even though it is defective and worthless... Eventually we pulled our $5-10M worth of production a year out of China and moved it to Thailand.

@No Comment Not sure how I am wrong. I did business there for over 5 years, 4 of them while living there. I had several factories that would be great for years and then when their product had issues, they would tell you that they were not going to stand behind it. I had several times where I would go to inspect $50,000 worth of product that was faulty, and they would refuse to return the deposit and say that I must take the shipment, but they will give me a discount. Even you are saying that people do not want to buy cars from local companies and would rather buy imported ones, because the local companies will not stand behind their product. Yes, Chinese companies need to rebuild their reputations. I would not do business with one now. I would rather do business with the factories in Thailand or Malaysia or even Indonesia because when there is an issue with the product, they will stand behind it. Part of it I think is because the factories in China had so much business. More than they can actually do. So they think why should they lose money to maintain my business, when they can replace it tomorrow and save the money.

Actually he did sign a contract which unfortunately would hold up in court. He showed it in his video with a digital signature, it's there in black and white to go along with the correspondence emails. It's definitely a scam but you don't agree or sign anything which he did do by removing videos and signing that digital form. It could be classed as deformation of character or company.

That's an absolutely amazing news. really glad to hear that. Not all Chinese people are like these scammers. I have a friend from Middle-East who does car parts (doors, hoods ..) business and buys from Chinese manufacturers, he told me when he had some financial difficulties to pay for the products on time, some Chinese companies still sent him all the shipments and said you can pay us when you have the money, shipments worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

salute bro, I myself do establish a network with some sellers/suppliers of motorcycle parts from China, lucky me they are the good guy and we've been doing business for 3 years now, but I do feel it is good to have some spider tingling senses just in case someday unexpected things happen. So never stick to one seller/supplier and always keeps in check, most of them will value you if you are a good higher rating customer and they don't want to miss the business opportunity with you.

There is a mini excavator and a trailer to be shipped soon but I know they won’t scam me. The company is well known and have lots of sales internationally.

I'm glad you exposed that company. There was one company on Facebook that goes by many different names and they are scamming people for a laptop. I hate Chinese companies. But lesson learned. Just subscribed to you. Keep it up.

yea man i seen that microchip car they sent you i almost got scam but got them to deliver the right item after i threaten them with my lawyer,good for you brotha for fighting back and getting your refund.
