I think the fact that all omnitrixes have the same aliens despite the separation of realities should be because of one of two possibilities: one Alien X or two the database the omnitrix uses is in its own reality and links up to any omnitrix built. He did all that because he could always see into the future, but now all he could see was superman apperently punching him and then nothing, so he was trying to stop Superman from existing but no matter what he changed, Superman always will exist. How about a new Ben that is a good guy? This one, however, happens to have the Joker's insanity mixed with his predetermined morals. That would be awesome to see. Right? Edit: This Ben acquires the Omnitrix like Prime Ben, but ran into a mad scientist weeks before he ran into Dr. Animo. This guy puts prions into Ben's head, which made him permanently insane. However, he is still the good guy. Even so, he was placed into the Null Void as a safe way to protect Earth should he cause more trouble during his fights. How do you guys think Gwen would feel about this? Use proper grammar and sentence structure, not to mention proper uppercase and lowercase letters. If anyone likes this timeline, it will be greatly appreciated.

Also, I guess Bad Ben might be from a timeline where he killed Kevin when he was in freak form during Absolute Power: Part 2. This Ben then decided to just kill everyone, and Gwen might try to stop him like she tried to stop Kevin. This almost cost her life, except that Ben wants to see her suffer instead of dying a painful death. You know, just for fun. When he left with Eon, I guess Gwen decided to give her evil cousin a surprise. Let's just say the surprise will give Ben a clean shave.

Boy can time travel be confusing...... for the second Ben 10K meeting, I though they stated that Ben 10K dose remember everything that happened in that episode (where he even said something at the same time as Kevin to prove it), so I would have thought that timeline split would have happened after that episode, though I don't know exactly when.

My own personal explanation goes like this Timeline: same as kuro. Realms: these are the smaller compartments in a universe that are vastly different from the main realm in the universe e.g ledger domain, the null void, dagon's world. Universe: basically same as kuro. Multiverse/dimension: a collection of different universes with the same people but different events happen. So basically there are multiple multiverse s that hold different people e.g Ben's dimension, naruto's dimension, rex's dimension and they move around in a space I call the dimensional gap and sometimes overlap which causes the phenomenon known as crossovers. So if I was to simplify it with minecraft Realm: overworld,nether,the end. Universe: your different saved worlds. Dimension: your friends worlds on another account.

Does the universe's creation count as another timeline? I don't know Maltruant's pieces being scattered across the multiverse was stated to always happen in a time loop by Professor Paradox and Ben, so maybe it was an event that will always happen in the timeline. I would love to see a story around Timeline A with Grandpa Max wielding the omnitrix.

In Ben 10, they are spaces in which a universe, or universes(an total multiverse), can be created and existed; in real life they can roughly be defined as regions in which specific immutable constants of reality, like the relationship between energy and mass, or the linear direction of time, are in effect: for instance, it theorised that our universe, as well as any potential alternate universes directly analogues to our own, exist in a 4 dimensional region, counting basic geometry and time: ie, all things in our universe move through 3D space and linear time, so 4 dimensions.

eh... that's the differnce in THIS show. Frankly it's rather ridiculous how much these terms flipflop around between media. My personal standard is that dimensions are the subset that are alterations of a law of the story or physics without relating to timelines themselves (ie. a dimension where the omnitrix causes the zombie thing ((don't at me, I haven't managed to get back into the series since getting distracted by school during the alien force release period irl))). This makes the most sense to me as the term dimension in physics refers to the coordinate a serious property can be in (ie. the x,y,z dimensions of space, and other hypothesized dimensions in which things can be located --preferablly excluding time, but Albert Einstein bullies me as a Newtonian-Physics fan) Universes are collections of all dimensions relevant to a media subject or at least relevant to events that are isolated from other "universes" in the subject of the show. Really I see that latter as such cases where there are layers of dimensions (after all, things can be isolated to variations of x and y coordinates but different in z coordinates). So from my perspective, all of this Ben 10 stuff happens in one universe and really all these dimension and universe term uses in Ben 10 are different scales of dimensions instead. Universe, from my perspective, remains as a scale relative to what is real or not according to all relevance applied in the logic of a story. If a "universe" ever merges with "other universes" they are instead just different dimensions and the universe is a larger scale than realized. The multiverse from my perspective is litterally every universe and possibility actually in existance, not as a matter of scaling things but as a matter of definition.To me the "marvel multiverse" is its own universe and to those within the "marvel multiverse" universe, it appears to be the true scale of the multiverse when, in fact, they just don't realize there's other possiblities (such as us who watch them in the "real" universe). I'm willing to agree with this video's explanation of timeline.

Kuro confused the definitions of universe, dimension and timeline established in the series, for example, dimensions occur in the same universe, but in different planes, timelines are "dimensions" that are the same as another, but with one or more different events, universe is a set of galaxies, whereas one unverse is not necessarily parallel to another, since it has been shown in UA that they can even have completely different laws of physics

I thought for the time line part was a little different When Gwendolyn goes back to bring the past ben to the future, Ben goes on that path to not become that ben. The only difference I find with Classic and Alien Force timelines is that his parents never found out what ben really did. In that Goop's debut episode, it looked like Cash and JT knew that ben had the omnitrix but no one else did so I think that's the only break of the two series. When ultimate ben comes back to meet ultimate alien ben, i thought that was always supposed to happen, since live action ben was a different time line so live action ben became ultimate ben in my head. Everything else for me pretty much stays the same. I feel like kenny coming back and spoiling the future didn't really have an impact much on the time line and that the ben we follow becomes Ben 10K from the classic series (My thoughts on the omnitrix is that Azmuth unlocked master control on his 18th birthday allowing him to change the appearance of the omnitrix and making it look like the original in a more gauntlet type because the dial was so much easier than the whatever that was in omniverse). I guess the only real big thing that would've changed the whole timeline is when the universe was destroyed and ben had to remake it which caused a huge butterfly effect.
