I mean when you can go toe to toe with the ultimate alien deity itself EVEN FOR A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME I'd think you can handle a couple of minors and because hal is a DC character he's had enough experience with beings far more dangerous than the most of Ben's aliens people have been talking about how they downplayed ben which I'm not even going to deny cause they did. but the outcome is the same they didn't even mention it in death battle but hal can warp objects in reality just as well as ben can in his alien X state. he has turned bullets fired from someone's gun into flowers. Ben wasn't equipped well enough to handle hal not to mention he was smart enough to come up with a foolproof plan to take on the jla alone and has done it before. I was/am a pretty big ben 10 fan and I kept up with the show all the way till they rebooted it into that extremely cartoonish style...however knowing the green lantern or more specifically Hal Jordan's green lantern for much longer i can say that put them both at their best and you still get the same outcome. but that's just my two cents on the topic (i can't say for sure what all are hal's greatest feats are because being honest though I like em he isn't one of my top favorites. but I know the ones I do know definitely puts him over ben )

This means that Silver Age Hal and post Crisis Hal are the same character. Post Crisis Hal explicitly has the memories of Silver Age Hal (also Rebirth Hal merged with his Post Crisis Hal). Meaning that Prime Hal would retain the abilities of his Silver Age version and the progress of his Post Crisis/Rebirth version. So we have a Hal with broken time travel and Multiversal+ abilities without the weaknesses to wood and yellow. Secondly, even if we ignore that and assume Hal is afraid of yellow and wood, that wouldn’t give Ben that much of an advantage. Hal doesn’t have a phobia of the colour yellow. But rather, his abilities are checked by Yellow Lanturn energy. Yellow energy is a construct manifestation of fear not “literal fear”. Ben can’t project constructs of fear from any of his aliens so he can’t actually take advantage of that. Consider the following example, Diamondhead isn't weak to the concept of sound but rather specific sound waves in the form of sonic blasts. If you played loud music in front of him, he wouldn't be affected. But if you had Echo Echo blast him, then he'd be damaged. It's a similar idea with Hal. If you had a Yellow Alien in front of Silver Age Hal, he wouldn't be affected, but if you had a Yellow Lanturn Ring, you'd be able to damage him. The problem for Ben is that he doesn't have a Yellow Lanturn ring. In addition, even his wood Aliens like Swampfire and Wildvine are pretty fragile compared to "can destroy planets" Silver Age Hal. Silver Age Hal would be able to easily beat Swampfire and Wildvine. That's why Alien X is Ben's only Alien that can stand a chance against Hal. He's the only one closest to him in terms of power since he's Universal+ at peak.

If you don't like how they animated the fight yell at the people animating the fight. That animation has no impact on who wins or loses. They don't write a fight script and go from there. They don't make one chain of events and see who wins at the end. But to be honest, just what were you hoping for? Time, budget, and manpower are serious issues for a tiny group like Death Battle. What they turned out at all is impressive, and entertaining (Even if I really wish Hal would get decked in the face more often)

DB has turned out far more impressive fights in the past, showing off a lot of characters and their feats. All they did with the ben fight was use five characters for Ben, then just have him punch and kick the whole time. Besides the fire nova and time reversal.

If they DID put it in, it's because death battle made him have it, NOT azmuth. When putting someone against another at their full potential, you don't take other people into account, nor do you care when they had it(for example, they used the original omnitrix for the death battle even though it would be the current one, so yeah). So what if azmuth wouldn't let him have it, it's death battle and other people's opinion on the matter in the actual fictional setting itself so if they DID put it in, they wouldn't care about what Azmuth has to say. it's bit late but that probably wouldn't work to stop ben Using the Omnitrix. In single-handed, ben had his arm severed and sent to another dimension and the Omnitrix still worked and could transform Ben ((but he needed someone outside to use it for him)) The Omnitrix's failsafe would of probably triggered of hal tried to cut Ben's arm off. I have some questions about Chromastone. In the alien force episode "the secret of Chromastone" Vilgax was able to use a piece of Sugilite to crystalize Tetrax, since chromastone's dna source comes from sugilite, would Chromastone be able to do the same? Also in the same episode mentioned above, Sugilite was able to fly from Earth to petropia by what was described by Kevin as "half way across the Galaxy" (although that's most likely an estimate and not the exact distance). Even assuming that he got there in minutes, he must have been flying at speeds far greater than light, so my question here is would Chromastone scale to this?

The battle of wich talks this video, the Sonic VS Mario the, Shadow VS Mewtwo, Metal sonic VS Zero. (I just realize most of the death battle that i have seen are abaut sonic) I also dislike the Rock lee VS Sanji. (even thought I agree that sanji is more likely to win) and Genos VS War machine. I admit I haven't seen many death battle, in fact hose are most of the death battle I have seen, but for what i've seen they usually mix many diferents versions of the characters they are facing and mix them like one, I think that this isn't a good idea since it makes the character abilities reaslly inconcistent, but is worst since somethimes they took the greatest feats of one of the characters while also measuring great feats from the other character but also talking weaknes that only afect one of the versions, (like the time they say sonic was useless on water because he wasn't even able to get out of a pool in Sonic X when there are many other productos were Sonic has no problem whit water) they also take some numbers based on aparently nothing and use them to calcula te thing as the strenght of explocions or hits. If a character has dodge a laser, they use that to say that the character is faster than light(wich isn't always the case in fiction, actually, that's almost never the case in fiction) but they don't always do that, for example, they did that whit Sanji, but they didn't mention it whit Ben tenison. Somethimes they also don't mention or ignore some features or abilities of some characters.

One thing everyone forgets about the Ben cloning himself in human form with Echo Echo is that each clone gets a different part of his personality so imagine if the anger part of Ben got access to Alien X and blindly went around and killed all the other Bens

Well Ben needs to have the Master Control and all the aliens that were ever shown through out the entire series. I mean Thanos got to have the infinity gauntlet. I know he lost but he still used in the battle.

@@alexjv1370 Death Battle says they use the characters at their full potential so Ben should have Master Control and all the aliens that were ever shown through out the entire series. In the sneak peek they used Ben's original design in the battle but in the Analysis they talked about some of the aliens Ben used in the spin offs so maybe he'll have all of them and maybe the Master Control, in the sneak peek Ben was XLR8 turned back to normal (the flash was green not red) turned into Four Arms and then switched into Heat Blast. But in the sneak peek Ben told Hal that he can give him 10 reasons why he shouldn't take the omnitrix. I'm not sure if that means Ben will have the original 10 or just have 10 random aliens or would only turned into 10 aliens. Because they shouldn't take the name too literally, it's called Ben 10 but he doesn't just have 10 aliens, not even in the original series. I think he had like 14 or 15 aliens (Counting all of the ones he transform into even if they were lost or replaced)

The dialogue is mostly just for funsies but the animation itself is probably limited with what sprites are available for Ben's Aliens, and Ben has tons of transformations, I'm pretty sure not all of them have models for sprites/3D

Green Lantern does not fear anything or any shit anymore... Hal Jordan did defeat Parallax, The Living Embodiment of Existential Fear. The only ways to defeat Parallax, are having *NO FEAR* and *INDOMITABLE WILLPOWER* which is impossible for 96% of DC's beings to do it cause they fear Parallax and since Parallax itself is pure, limitless, infinite fear. Almost every being in the Multiverse fears Parallax by only it's presence. Hell, even The Spectre (The being who is possibly on par with Doctor Manhattan or Doctor Fate. The Spectre is Low-Outerversal) feared Parallax. So you are telling me... An alien's face is scarier than The Presence of The Living Embodiment of Existential and Infinite Fear? Ha! What a joke.

i already knew a ton about the master control and ways ben could utilize it by his rapid transformations like you said jetrays speed then turning into way big but i never expected it to be said in a video like this. i am a die hard fan of ben 10 and this video actually brought out a few pointers about just how powerful ben can really be without utilizing alien-x this video really is cool and i can't wait for more like this in the future. ben explained in this way could finally settle the argument's as to how ben can go toe to toe with huge hero names from marvel DC Dragon Ball and many more, i also feel like this style of explanations should be used to recap or reinvent the other videos explaining why ben 10 can beat goku and superman it could really end the constant arguments once and for all. as always i enjoy your videos keep up the good work. from one of your favorite subscribers thanks again for the amazing video.

As broken as dragonball characters seem, Goku is actually very balanced. He's capable of dying and making mistakes and he doesn't have magical or hax immunities of any kind. Even his instant transmission isn't as wonderful or world-shattering as it may seem.
