yay! Not many people tend to react to Gfriend's debut song so thanks for doing that, forgot how young they looked back then. And yes, please react to them in order so you see the growth and the storylines. And yes, that highnote was Yuju. Most of Gfriend's earlier songs the extremely high note nearing the end of the song is usually Yuju. Its only in the last 2-3 comebacks where they really started having Eunha (who's the lead vocalist) and some of the other girls do the high notes. I think its partially to give Yuju's voice a rest. Personally I think Yuju is one of the strongest main vocalist in the industry at the moment and to think she was turned down by JYP for being too ordinary.

Yaaaaas! Powerful vocals and dance for a debut song! This song makes me happy too(Actually all of their energetic songs makes me happy lol) but this one in particular is the beginning of Gfriend. Fun fact! This song was written by the producers when they first saw Gfriend, "I may look like a clear glass bead, but i won't break that easily." Gfriend looks very soft and fragile but, yoooo- these girls are powerful and strong. Their music may seem too cute and innocent for others' liking but their lyrics are really empowering. It makes me happy to think that Gfriend started with a school trilogy because they literally were still students by the time Glass Bead was released. It makes me glad that they didn't act like adults so fast and grew with their music naturally. I can't wait for your next Gfriend reactions!!!

Most of their title tracks have Japanese versions, so if you're getting anime vibes now, wait till you listen to the Japanese versions. Also, that was Yuju pulling out those high notes. All the way up to around sunrise, where Eunha starts singing the high notes, because Yuju is resting her voice. Me Gustas Tu is the song that got them famous, which is the second part of the school trilogy, the ln Rough is the last part, which got them their first win. And again, Yuju will be the one doing the high notes. In Me Gustas Tu and Rough, Yuju does like two to three high notes. And then, Gfriend did a mashup of these three songs, so you should go check that out after the school trilogy.

I love how you easily point out when it's Yuju singing hahhaha and in most of their songs Yuju (this one too) is the one doing the high notes, it's in the last comebacks when it's also Eunha (lead vocalist) and even the other girls as well (who aren't even in the vocal line but let's face it, GFriend are a vocal group in general). Yuju was a vocal beast since debut (and she's also my bias hahaha). GFriend pulled off a new concept called power innocence, because, yes, they are cute as hell (I mean, just look at them hahaha) but their concept is innocent+power (especially in the choreo, but in the vocals as welll). You won't regret being buddies because apart from being super hardworking and talented girls, they are hilarious and adorable. Also their b-sides are also gold, not only their title tracks.
