It smells to me like there's something between those two of all the zzz characters, this has been the only one with dialogues of affection towards our beloved proxy Wise, I see it as a fairly functional and good couple

The hairpin was the part where everything became pretty obvious, especially since the hairpin's description says that it should *only* be given to the person the wearer of the hairpin trusts *the most*. Which is a clear sign. Then theres a scene where Miyabi is repeating last word in sentences. Miyabu mentioned at the end that she was awake for quite a while, meaning, she possibly confirmed that she's Wise's fiancée consciously, though it may not be true that she said it consciously, no proof except for her telling that she was awake for a while already.
