SH2 Remake is one of those things that I want to play myself, and whenever there's something I want to play myself, I don't want to watch other people play it first. Unfortunately the price tag means I might not be able to get it until November or December. EDIT: 53:14 Me dragging myself out of bed for work in the winter time when the sun doesn't come up until, like, 8 o'clock :P

17:20 about silent hill: im slowly watching through the gameplay; it sucks that you lost so many subs for it :( Tbh some of the “dystopian” games from triple A studios or right now the “quiet place” game are disinteresting to me. Sometimes its too emotional/ too much for me to handle. Honestly the horror youtubers i keep up with besides you are john wolfe, manlybadasshero, and cjugames Like you manly and cju play mainly indie horror and the gameplay averages half hour- 2 hours. With silent hill i got distracted easily so i kept have to rewind the same parts. I rarely do that with indie horror I hope this bit of insight helps XD I don’t know what to make of it myself except just what im interested in. Love you kravin! Hope your shoulder is better

definitely still subbed but honestly haven't watched any of the silent hill, i mean for one I already know what happens in that game but it's also just yet another actiony remake on the AAA remake treadmill, indie games tell new stories and try new things so they're way more interesting to watch/play.

I'm sorry to hear you lost suscribers over playing SH 😢. I'll be honest though : almost all the horror youtubers I'm subscribed to are playing it right now, and since it's a long game, it can be easy to feel a bit overwhelmed by the amount of SH videos released at the same time. I'm familiar with SH2 and it can be kind of a slow burn, so I'm not very interested in the remake, I tried to watch it and fell asleep 😂😅. But the reason I'm subscribed to you and the other youtubers is because I really enjoy the way you play games, your commentary and your interactions with your viewers. I'm not going to unsubscribe just because you played ONE game I'm not really into. Playing SH doesn't change why I like watching you. Also there are plenty of other videos available to watch, like I rewatch your old videos sometimes 🩷 About this game, I thought it was interesting. I always feel like underwater games are extra creepy and especially with the submarine, it adds that particular feeling of claustrophobia. You hear all those strange noises but you have to focus on doing your job, so you're constantly on alert. And if something goes wrong, well you'll die either because of your enemies or because of the water pressure or whatever else is lurking in the water 💀 if it's not your submarine itself who's the issue. The whole situation is stressful 😂

If i dont like a video i just jump to another YTber and see what they are up to Until you post something im interested in. (Ie This game now. ) but idk silent hill is just over played for me and i was never into Kolab videos like playing with friends type but i wouldn't unsubscribe because of it... its not all the time and you have a nice variety so i just check back every day to see what my 3 fav game tubers are up to. ❤ so you'll always have at-lest 1 sub no matter what 😊

I like watching indie games more in general, they feel more unique, plus SH is a remake which doesn't help the unique-ness (not calling it a bad game at all). Plus I like how you approach indie games and give constructive feedback (which might even actually have the chance to be listened to by the dev)/support small creators :3

Silent hill started as a slow burn for me so im having more trouble getting into it compared to the indie games as well. There are two indie games that i could not get enough of that i believe were just demos that cjugames played recently. Super refreshing stuff. As much as i respect the classic horror games, sometimes that breath of fresh air is needed

​@@lindyloohoo OMG, I love CJU as well! Kravin and CJU are definitely comfort youtubers. Glad to see another fan in the wild haha. But totally, I have major respect for the classics, but can't deny the draw to new stuff. I loved Mouthwashing, for example. Same slow burny atmosphere as a classic, yet a whole new story with characters to discover! Same with Hollowbody.

Shield controls seem reversed. Away/towards operates fore and aft as I would expect but left is starboard (right) and right is port (left)?? But I can't expect a solo operated cryo-storage death machine to operate sanely 40 years from now.

Heya Kravin, have you looked at a game on steam called Barotrauma? It's deep sea submarine action horror set in the future on Europa, one of Jupiter's moons. It's really spooky, and I feel like it would be a great series to make vids on (maybe with friends).
