Their Owner's House Closed for them Forever, but You won't believe what happened next!

Today, we received a call to rescue a mama cat and her kitten who were left alone after their owner went abroad. The owner hired a guard to take care of the mama cat and her kitten. The guard took them home and took care of them, but sadly, he came to know that the owner passed away. It became difficult for him to bear food expenses on his own, and the mama cat and her kitten started to go in streets to find food for themselves. Unfortunately, they got infected by a serious viral infection, and hence, he called us to rescue them. One our way we found a grey cat whose hind paw was severely burnt, and we rescued him, too!

Pets are not toys... people throw them out when they are fed up (not in this case but still... RIP owner)... Pets are like family members! They should be treated with respect & care. Even if you can't care for them PLEASE find another nice home for them don't abandon them. Just think how would you feel if the person who you trust the most abandons you. Years back, I moved into a house and noticed an old black cat always hanging around it. I learned from my neighbors that the cat's previous owner abandoned him when he/she moved away. As an older cat, the stray would have had a had time competing for food with the younger ones but avoided starving because my neighbors were kind enough to keep feeding him until I moved in. The cat wouldn't let anyone else adopt him but stayed inside and around the empty house by going through a small pet door. No doubt he was waiting for an owner who would never return. It was so heart-breaking to see so I immediately adopted the cat and named him Puma. He was the sweetest cuddlebug ever and brought me a lot of joy. Sadly, he only lived about a year or so longer before passing away from age and illness. Its been 14 years since I lost Puma and I still miss him so much...

Thankyou for taking these poor souls in and the burned cat. Poor mama cat clearly couldn't undrrstand why she couldn't get into what once was her home. I hope the burned grey cat was found a home, too! As others have said, though, one sachet of food is clearly not enough for mama - and her kitten hardly got any! They also could have done with a bath after being on the dirty streets. But glad they were rescued them, they may not havexsurv8ved much longer! 😊

The momma cat is very cooperative. She’s truly domesticated. She looks to humans for help. I’m glad they got it! She was in terrible shape! She is a beautiful cat, and a gentle soul. I’m so glad she and her kitten found safety and security!

Thanks for saving these cats from the streets. Please feed them with separate bowls and please give them more to eat. Mama cat was so hungry that she didn't share with her baby and was scratching at the food bowl to make sure she got every bit out of it. They need more food, more often, and in separate bowls. I also noticed that Mama cat was looking for a scratching post. Perhaps this could be added to the cat room.
