​@@ZJrdnZ I think it was last vid where Des got heated at Dyl for going for bumps when there was a clear pass to the centre, and since then Dylan has gotten better at not just abandoning the ball to bump and he goes for the ball in offence. Honestly, Dylan's getting better at bumps. His bumps on offence have lead to some clutch goals/chances and in defence he's good at taking out the attacker, but I feel like he's hit a ceiling because now blue team are learning to avoid dyl's bumps a bit, and dylan's mechanics and team play haven't really improved that much.

Damn everyone's improved so much. Lee is actually assertive in defence and is coming out of the goal to challenge shots instead of just staying in net. He's also on the attack more. Mark is actually starting to dribble and control the ball and being more patient in general. Ben actually got better at communicating, and supporting his teammates. Also, those wall hits are improving and I saw him air rolling once or twice on an aerial. Des's mechanics are just improving at an alarming speed, and he's communicating more with his team. Dylan's still agressive on the bumps, but now he (mostly) knows when to play the ball instead of abandoning it to bump. His awareness has gone up. Ipi's defence improved as well, he made some clutch saves and defensive plays, (but he did get dogged by Mark a couple times lol)

@@greenlightxbpg I mean, it seems like Orange team gets very toxic when something bad happens, and their communication in general sucks compared to Blue. At least when Blue team goes down, there's constructive criticism even if there's a bit of toxicity. Also, Lee and Ipi are currently the same type of player, but I feel like Ben rotates with Lee a lot more to allow Lee more time on the ball. There are some games where Ipi stays in goal/defence for like 3-4 minutes while Dylan and Des try to 2v3. Ipi just needs more chance to play the ball to improve.

Now this is the part of the Rocket League Story Arc where Ben's team is finally winning back to back and blowing out Desmond's team that was on top at one point. It really DO BE STORY ARCS to the games they keep in Rotation LMAO. Honestly at times it feels like Desmond is playing a 3v1 against Ben, Mark, and Leland lmao. Dylan and Ippi get too comfortable when they are in the lead and looked so shocked when Ben and Mark and Leland suddenly catch up. Plus they don't be locked and takes them too long to warm up.

Dylan seems to be more of a support type, he just needs to use ball cam. So I was thinking either Mark should switch for Dylan or Leland for Ippi. It would basically keep the nature of the teams intact. Then I figured Mark and Des’ play styles might crash but we’ve never really seen them play/attack together since Des was forced to goalkeep when Mark was starting out. Or maybe even Dylan for Leland. I kind of want to see Ippi attack more like you suggested and then Des would have a solid keeper. Mark having Dylan would balance the scales more. It would make Ben GK more (which he’s good at anyways lol) and give Dylan a new partner to see if he can switch things up a bit.

Remember for controlled aerials, you DON'T want to just hold boost. You'll end up going to fast then spinning around like a kite. You want tap boost and jump at the same time to get your initial height, (angle your car so it's kinda diagonal if it's that high up) then tap-hold boost on and off. Don't rush your aerials, it's about taking your time in the air.

They need to let Leland out more, there was attempts but you can see his inexperience, he is tiers below everyone when it comes to offense, not particularly due to mechanics but mental. He doesn't hit the ball bc subconsciously he literally freezes up for multiple reasons, the main reason is that he thinks someone else is gonna hit the ball, due to him being benched essentially.

Y'all are really underestimating Ben's effect on Mark's offense. Somehow that man is everywhere. He keeps the ball in a striking position for his teammates. Dylan scored even more than Mark when he was on Ben's team. Ben is really lvls about the others and it's gonna stay that way if they don't actually practice. And with Mark improving so fast, Dylan will have to rise to at least Des lvl to keep it competitive 😂

It’s not about Ben it’s actually mark. Mark plays like a dog chasing the ball the entire time while Ben waits patiently for the other team to sell so that he can score. Dylan doesn’t even try to score because he doesn’t have ball cam half the time so he just hits the ball and then tries to demo people (doesn’t work cause blue team has defense) so it’s basically a 1v3 when orange team on offense and a 2v2 on defense

After watching the whole thing ngl they’re all actually making really good improvements! Des’ flying and ball placement, Ben’s flying a bit more, Dyl and Mark are both learning better ball control/dribbling, and Lee and Ipi are both becoming better on offense! I think Mark needs to work on boost management and flying next, Dyl needs to work on his placement better for setups and flying, and Lee and Ipi just need more experience with offense for now. Rankings/Tiers this far: 1. Des 2. Ben ---- 3. Dyl/Mark ---- 4. Ipi/Lee I don’t think there’s much of a skill separation to split 3 & 4. I know people hate Dylan for not using ball cam but he was actually doing good this video plus we don’t see his POV and Mark is honestly just still improving he still whiffs and has boost management issues but he’s growth is insane. Des is just a crazy dominant player on offense and defense and is just flying way more than Ben for me to put him above Ben .

I really want to see *Des, Mark and Lee* vs. *Ben, Dyl and Ippi* in a long run to put some narratives to test. And I mean this in no bad way. I just want to see how influential is Ben's teaching (can Ippi become a defense menace?) and how far can he adapt to enhance his teammates individualities (Dyl's set ups and bumpings). At the same time, I wanna know if Des is as bad of a teammate as some people claim he is.
