Their Wedding Venue Burnt Down, Now You Can Help Rebuild It | Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat Wedding

The first time we got to visit the beautiful Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat was for the wedding of Michaela and Oliver
It's one of the most stunning venues in Australia, and their bush chapel is an incredible, almost spiritual, place to get married
It made sense then that Michaela and Oliver chose this place for their meaningful Vegan Wedding.
But sadly, since this video was filmed, Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat was destroyed by the 2020 Australian Bushfires
The destruction to the landscape and wildlife population was fierce and comprehensive, and now sadly the owners are tasked with the long and expensive mission to regenerate the natural landscapes and all of their beautiful flora and fauna
That's why we wanted to share this, because they're running a crowdfunding campaign to help with the cost of restoring the landscape to its former beauty
