You crafted the ancient seed into a plantable seed. It’s a blue packet in your seeds chest. The seed maker can make some strawberry seeds for you. Just pop a strawberry in and you can get 1 to 3 seeds. BTW there is a trough in the greenhouse to refill your water.

Jokes aside, every time you break a rock, an rng roll is made to spawn a staircase under it, something like a 5% chance. However on good luck days and wearing good luck rings as well as having good luck buffs that percentage can go up higher, making you find staircases very quickly

You have a water tub in your greenhouse. If I was you I would fill your greenhouse with starfruit with Deluxe speed grow while your propagating your ancient fruit. Make like 30 preserve jars even if you have to buy the material. With starfruit money. Small plot of seasonal crops outside outside. When you get enough money the auto grabbers. Make sure they have food. And let all that stuff go and finish the mines and special orders and whatnot. Watering crops and milking cows is for the birds. Best gift for joja employee of the month Sam is those cactus fruit laying around the desert.

The title made me chuckle haha 3:12 "Oh Calvin, you actually missed it, it's right there!" (your words, not mine!) (No judgement for not seeing something that was right in front of you, though, I've defintely done it before too!) Fun fact about the greenhouse: there's a tub of water in the back that you can use to refill your watering can! Also, even though I still recommend making the well, it becomes less and less useful the more sprinklers you make. So if you want to prioritize the barn and coop first, I wouldn't blame you! Little note since it looks like you have a lot of wild honey at this point, if you want to sell it, put it in a keg and make Mead first! It'll be worth more. Regarding Sam: I don't think you've noticed, but Sam actually has a part-time job at a certain store on Wednesdays and Mondays. So, I am pretty sure he was working when you were looking for him. Next time you go to the Desert, go behind the counter and talk to Sandy. That way you'll actually introduce yourself to her! By the way, if your impressed by the Starfruit sell price now, try putting one in a keg and then see how much it will sell for! Since you asked, the next part of the story will come after the community center is finished and also by donating more to the museum. Keep a closer eye out for dig spots, go to the mines, and donate some of the gems you haven't donated yet, that'll help with the museum!

An alternative to a well would be to clear a new field next to the lake a bit further south on the farm. He is only using a tiny fraction of his farm as it is now and clearing more land is not a bad idea anyways. He could make a massive autumn field for pumpkins there ready for plant with no need of a well. I think he should move the coop and the barn too so he utilize the farm better. He should have a field where the barn is to get it close to the free water. I don't think he really grows so much that he needs a well with a pond and a lake on the farm at the moment at least. He might of course go totally insane with the pumpkins and need several wells next season but at the moment, the farm is a bit poorly planned. I don't think mead is worth making, he only have a single keg and starfruit wine is worth 10 times as much. That is from someone who makes mead IRL. 😅

The social tab in your menu also saves all the liked, loved, disliked, hated and neutral gifts you've either already given someone, or if you found a secret note that told you what they like or love, or if another villager has told you how someone feels about a certain gift. By now most of the villagers should have quite a bit of info saved on each one of them, you just have to click on them! For more story, donating 60 unique items to the museum unlocks another character and more backstory, reading the books you've found for the library should give you more lore, befriending the dwarf and wizard will also unlock more story. Completing unique bulletin board quests will unlock more cutscenes. Willy's bugmeat quest, Linus's trash quest, Pam's potato quest, Clint's cave patrol quest, Gus's omelet quest (you might have done this), and any wizard quest should unlock new cutscenes and unique dialog if you complete the quest and talk to the characters the next day. You unlock the crystalariun recipe al lv 10 mining, however the recipe requires 2 iridium ingots. Iridium mining nodes unlock after reaching the bottom of the mines (you are very close) however finding them can be a tedius and stressful process. Without spoilers, having a bit of a stockpile of Jade can be turned into a tool that will significantly increase the odds of finding iridium for a single trip

you ds have an ancient seed in the seed chest you hovered over it LOL it's blue! Also there are 7 rare seeds that in a red bag in that same seed chest! There is a water sorce in the green house you don't need a well! Lastly, I would suggest taking out the little sprinklers they are taking up spaces you could plant something and it's getting watered by the other sprinkler as well as the scarecrow you can move him a little bit!

As everyone else said, you do have the ancient seed in your seed chest and you should plant it even if it means you have to kill off a blueberry or strawberry seed. It takes a long time to mature and only gives a fruit each week after so you want to start on it ASAP. Once the starfruit is done you should replace them with a few rare seeds and coffee beans. Try put a starfruit in the keg, starfruit wine is worth over 3000 G. Besides that, keep making sprinklers, you did get some more gold now. The iridium sprinklers are the best but the advanced sprinklers are still fine, I think I still have them in my greenhouse on my perfection farm since I never bothered to replace them so making a bunch is never wrong, you are at the stage where watering becomes too much now.

I only have used the first level sprinklers for planting a few flowers near my bee houses. For fall, make sure you remove them from you planting area - they are only causing you more work and less planting area. You should also remove anything else like scarecrows and lightening rods. Place them outside the planting area. Also, cut down trees that block your view. It is hard to water correctly if you can't see.

The dehydrator is extremely overpowered, selling dried fruit at 7.5x base price and taking a day to process fruit

Unlike the keg it takes a few days to process while dehydrator only take 1 day but it requires 5 fruit to process

Just letting u know that theres a water refill area in the greenhouse so u dont have to keep going outside for water (it’s in top area of the greenhouse)

I play with mods so sometimes I forget what is mod and what is base game... But doesn't the base game map show where people are when you pull it up? Would have made finding Sam easier. 😂

Nope that's a mod unless they added it in the newest update, I think the mod is npc map locations it's one of my go to mods I suggest to people because it's so nice not having to check the wiki
