THe show is also rigged. In this episode you see the dude stay at camp with the excuse of them being too famished to do anything and because "girls power". It's literaly the producer telling the dude to not do anything because they want some feminism.

Honestly out of all seasons I feel these 2 groups did the least to actually try and thrive. It seems like they were more of just trying to wait it out then actually make it. The times they really tried they mostly succeeded. But it seemed like most of the time they were trying to do the least amount possible. Imagine if they would have actually went on hunting excursions daily or even semi daily how much better they would have survived.

@@gilgamesh101 thanks for the reply. But I live off the grid in the Appalachian mountains with no electricity and no water. So know I'm not replying while being comfortable in my comfy world. I'm commenting after busting my butt all day trying to make it where I can be a little bit more comfortable in my non comfortable world. If they would have put in more effort they wouldn't have been dehydrated, starving, and as exhausted. No matter what life you live you have to do something to get something nothing is given to you. At least not in the "comfy world" you assume I'm living in. All the resources they needed were on the island but they had to work to get them. All the resources I need are around me but unlike them I'm alone so I have to work alone harder to get where I'm halfway comfortable. If I had a whole team of people you better believe I'd be a lot better off. I'm sure if you've watched the other seasons you've seen other teams doing alot better than they are. Like I said at the beginning thanks for your reply but that doesn't change my opinion one bit.

All these four weeks they theoretically almost could wait it out with minimal food insource while making water for themselves. Fishing did not go well for them and I don't understand where the 2nd net disappeared, because they caught the shark with it?

I noticed they never go back the same way that they found food. I would always go back that way first and then start spanning out from that point. What is wrong with people? They don't know how to mark their territory or anything so that they won't be just going in a circle. Me and whoever was on that island would have been mapped that island out. We would know where all the food is. We were know all the turkeys are the pigs we would have a net already built so that when the crabs come out in the morning time on the shore we're catching them every time. This will be a daily thing people have no survival skills and we would most definitely still have some of the sugar cane we would not have. Went through the sugar cane so fast. We would have stretched that out because if we didn't have anything we would have had that sugar cane. If not nothing. They haven't even went back to where they found the sugar cane

Tides in tropics vary greatly. Plenty sticks and rocks Why didnt they make a tidal fish trap. Also Plenty plastic containers as trash could make many small fish traps for small mullet,whitebait etc

Why didnt they make fish traps? So many different kinds - some good for streams, some for tidal waters, some for ocean. Woven from reeds/palm leaves, branches, net, rocks... I have so many questions?

Never shave any of the wood off the front side of the bow. Those outer layers are the most pliable. Shave the back side down to get the shape you want. That sucks man. But considering the situation. You can make a decent enough survival bow within 1-3 hours. If youre just trying to hit turkeys from close enough instead of chasing them. Also jumping right to a bow which takes skill to make and use. There are other more simple options for hunting. A throwing stick is simplest hunting tool and effective. Apaxhe throwing star which is just 2 stakes lashed together like a cross. It throws really well and accurately with little to no practice. The nets which you dont have the energu to safely bring in and setup. You can use nets to catch the turkeys as well. I get that they are starving so physical energy and mental stamina is depleted. But this is why you should have prioritized hunting early on. At least 3 people fan out through jungle ready with tools. Stay within ear shout or ability to signal. And comb the jungle and when you spot something you move in and surround it and use your tools. They set themselves up for failure off the bat. Food and water #1. Cant do anything else when youre starving or dehydrated

They don't even know how to repair that bow put a splint on it as if someone had a broken leg put it on the inside of it and a splint on the outside of it. So when it bends tied down with string, very tightly and and a piece of a shirt. Whatever you can get tie very tightly around that and then wrap that with string around the splint and around the tear. Very tightly and for one he should not have carved it out of a piece of wood that was sticking straight up and down. He should have carved it so it was already bowled out. He should have got a bigger piece of wood and carved it so it would already be bowled out like a smile and then it would have worked. What is wrong with these people? They have no ingenuity skills at all. These are things that should just come to you. Easy, simple, quick
