I already have the cyber smoke skin got it by using the the mk1 hook mod it allows you to play as any npc in the game but you can only use the skin in practice or 2 player mode the mod even gives you easy brutalities

The reason for it looking cheap is because people who purchased it on sale the less money they get from the sale of the game the cheaper it will look

Tbh Mk has been 💀 since John Tobias left in the early 2000s. The lore never made sense it's just brain rot and what's worst the fanboys are driving the franchise to the dirt. Mk is just a lost cause bring back classic fighting games like Soul Calibur and Virtual Fighter.
