I love the way that you just jumped right into it and didn’t waste five minutes talking about the song your gear your delay pedals etc.

Sounds great dude, but I would recommend breaking that solo into parts for the instructional video. It just comes across as 2 minutes of you rattling off notes and saying “and then” in between, instead of “let’s learn this lick then incorporate it into the whole equation. Here again from the top.” Just a suggestion

it would be great if you could show the strum patterns as well. I think I got most part of the verses but a bit confusing how it goes from e flat 9 chord to A flat major chord just before the bend lick.

This is awesome! I'm working on this song to accompany a piano player for some Christmas gigs. Do you have a link to tabs for this as well? You walk through things very clearly but it would be nice supplemental visual information for picking this up. Thank you!

what strings are you strumming...

Do u have tabs
@sifugurusensei5 жыл бұрын
You need to explain that slide bit better. You say to slide with the top two strings and stop on eight and use the the fourth finger on 11, and F on 10. That makes no sense. Since you're talking in numbers you should say to use the third finger on the 10th fret of the third string. It took trial and error to see what the F you were doing.
@thejaseguitar4 жыл бұрын
Trail and error is how most of us learnt before KZbin.

@@thejaseguitar I've been playing for 5 years there has been plenty of effort. I just figured if you're gonna make a tutorial you might as well show the chords. No worries tho. Merry Christmas
@thejaseguitar5 жыл бұрын
@@22frets76 The thing is I get lots of requests that I try to fulfil and I do it in my spare time. So I try not to make the lessons too long and they are more about how to play a particular song than how to actually play guitar so I kinda assume that people already know the chords or can learn them. Back when I started there was not KZbin, just cassette tapes and dots on paper! Merry Christmas to you too :)

this tutorial was a fail in every way. when he's playing on the 6th fret, he's saying 7th fret etc. and also when he's repeating the phrase he doesn't say that he's repeating.
