When he met Angelina he was actually engaged to another woman. When he got home he just took all of his stuff and completely ghosted her. No explanation or goodbye. I could never see him as “humble” or “kind” after knowing he’s capable it treating someone he once loved like that. Just threw her away as though she were nothing. Just my opinion though, glad you had a good experience and made memories!

@@supernova11711 He was actually Living with her...for 2 years (Laura Dern) ! She was off doing a movie and he was at a Hollywood party. Angelina put the make on him. She had heard he had one of the "biggest" in Hollywood. They went upstairs...he actually began living with her right after that. Didn't tell his fiance. She found out from reporters while still making the movie, when they asked her how she felt about Billy Bob and Angelina getting together. They married very quickly, but broke up 2 years later. He just left her and took off with his band. They divorced. But they are good friends now.

Donna D Jeez, that’s even worse than I thought! He’s still friends with Angelina or Laura? If I were Laura I’d certainly never talk to him again. And may I say that does that Angelina EVER enjoy stealing others women’s men! Ugh. I was a fan of her in Girl Interrupted but can’t stand her now as she’s such a sh*tty person in real life. I’m glad they never work out, she doesn’t deserve a husband.

He is one of the best writers and actors out there, and I don’t think he gets enough respect for it. Probably because he isn’t interested in starring in Hollywood’s latest blockbuster, or the ECU. Even though I think he would be an incredible villain of some sort. he is a man who sticks to his laurels and if there’s not something out there for him to act in… He will write it. A very commendable so who hasn’t sold it to be a Hollywood star. His southern roots definitely show through in the person he is. Kind, devoted, and naturally gifted. Very few people like him in the entertainment business, and I commend him for being the person he is.

@@supernova11711@Lee48Lee Might I offer a couple of thoughts. As alluded to before, I go along with the beauty of the soul of individual, that can be the greatest attraction.. As for numbers, with not cheap shot, what so ever at miss Jolie, if I had to have a choice of sitting in a room to have a conversation with an individual, I'd take BBT as a 9 to miss Joied's 4, TOPS. They are both good people and maybe just not the right chemistry, just not good for each other. It's no one's fault. It happens with people, sometimes. I've been there and done that. Jolie and Billy Bot had their own baggage, but Billy Bob just seems to come out the other side, of it all, with a kind warmth and apparent accessibility. I hope I am making some sense.
