HI What about King Saul letting Agag's pregnant wife escape? That was 400 or 500? Years BEFORE the Megillat of Esther. The film ' One night with the king' brings this to light.

Rabbi Kraft seems to know a lot of Torah, but not that much of history. The 100 year war was between England and France. The 30 year war was not in the Middle ages as he says, but in the 1600's. Neither were between Habsburg and the Holy Roman empire. Further, the Habsburgs weren't Germans and the Holy Roman empire wasn't Italian. Everything he says around 13:30 is entirely misinformed.

What are you asking? It's called the book of Esther it documents the story of Purim which has become a Jewish holiday (this Thursday) it's part of the scripture series the last part of the written Torah. It's not the Torah/bible but it's considered just as holy it's like the book of David (psalms)
