I would have snaffled up the Blazer also.. So cool! I'm the same with t bhe colour / neutral thing. Right now I'm into creams and beige as a base but also c long head to toe colour looks, all greens for example.

❤️Cuz, the tweed Jacket is gorgeous! Beautiful colour. Great finds! You can remove the shoulder pads from the navy one. If you turn the jacket inside out, you’ll find in one of the sleeves, there will be a seem about 15cm wide that has been hand sewen to close it all up. They always do this because once they attach the lining, it needs to be turned inside out. Just unpick it and pull though the shoulder pad and unpick it. Do the same for the other one then just hand sew it back. I actually did this on the weekend to a black blazer I had bought that was vintage. I hope I explained it ok for you to understand🙏🙏xoxo
