Is there any way to create an app with several forms and show the app user which forms they have already filled out?
@Jotform3 жыл бұрын
That's possible David. There's a settings in the form element where you can mark the form element as completed after submission. You can also enable progress in the app settings. Example: link.jotform.com/OisAvIYYNd. Here's a demo, feel free to submit the forms: app.jotform.com/213382665895974

Does the app get published to a play store or the Apple apps store?
@Jotform2 жыл бұрын
Hello Spiritualmouthpiece, It is not currently possible to publish the app in Play Store or Apple App Store. Jotform Apps is designed to be shared directly through its app link or QR code. As soon as you open the app link, you will be asked to install the app whether you're on desktop or mobile. However, there are available 3rd party platforms that will help you publish the app to app stores like this: www.pwabuilder.com/. Just enter your app link to generate a package file for your app so you can download it and publish it to app stores. Let us know via our Support Contact Form at www.jotform.com/contact/ should you have further questions.

What would be a good solution to register the next visit of the same patient? Is there a way to exchange messages in the app? The app may work on a disease specific topic since there is no way to personalize the info you are providing - in your example the info about heart good practices....
@Jotform2 жыл бұрын
Hello Mihai, There's no exchange messages feature in the app but your users can fill out the same form on their next visit if they want to. They can also review their previous submissions when you assign the form to them. Note that the app can be edited in the app builder and the update is automatic, so your users does not need to update the app manually. You can also customize the autoresponder message in your form so after they fill out your form, they will receive your customized autoresponder. Here's how to edit your form's autoresponder and notification: www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders. Thank you! That seems really interesting ! What about HIPAA compliancy ? Is it mandatory for doctors ?
@Jotform2 жыл бұрын
Hello Maryame, A HIPAA covered entity includes doctors only if they transmit any information in an electronic form like using an online form in connection with the transaction. So if any of your forms asks Personal Health Information (PHI) then HIPAA should be enabled in your account. Our HIPAA compliance feature is available with Silver or Gold plan. To learn more about JotForm HIPAA Compliant Forms, please check our HIPAA Compliance page here www.jotform.com/hipaa/. If you have more questions, please contact us in our Support System via our Support Contact Form: www.jotform.com/contact/ so we can help.
