“DULO” a short film by The Juans

It's like, "Walang iba, pero hindi na ikaw." In a relationship, if a person chose to let go of the other, it doesn't always mean that there is another person involved whom he/she fell inlove with during their relationship. Kadalasan, everything is just within ourselves. The words, "Hindi ikaw ang may kalasanan. Hindi ikaw ang problema. Hindi ikaw, kasi ako," may thought as an "excuse" kasi nga, gasgas na ang linyang 'yan. However, if we try to decode the meaning behind of it, there are things, emotions/feelings that we suddenly feel which we can't explain even to ourselves. Hindi na nga natin kayang i-explain sa sarili natin, paano pa sa iba? Paano pa kaya sa partner natin? There is no such thing as, "Falling out of love." Sinubukan muna niya; nagtiis muna siya. However, the sad thing is, the person didn't try to talk to the other and didn't open up his feelings. Sinarili niya, kaya naipon, hindi niya kinaya, kaya umabot sa pagsuko. Communication is the key, yes. Speak what you feel. But let us not forget that in a relationship, it takes two to tango. I am not saying to read his/her mind to be able to know his/her feelings, but ask. Always ask if the other is doing just fine or if there is a problem. On the other side, the other person should also be honest with his/her feelings. Never hide your emotions especially if it involves your partner or your relationship. Walang mangyayari kung hindi kayo mag-uusap at kung hindi kayo magiging honest sa isa't isa. COMMUNICATE and don't forget to LISTEN and CONTEMPLATE. Sometimes, holding on is not always the answer. It is better to fix things between the two of you and let go. It may not be easy to do, but maybe, just maybe, someday, it may lead you two to the better version of yourself, better life, and better person when the time is right.

We all know how painful it is sa part ng mga iniwan kase sila yung mga taong naghahanap ng kasagutan sa mga tanong na kung bakit sila iniwan at kung saan sila nagkulang na kailanman ay hindi masasagot ng kahit na sino man. Pero wala na yatang mas sasakit pa pag dumating yung point sa buhay mo na naubos ka na, naubos na lahat ng dahilan para lumaban ka pa, and the only reason that's left is for you to give up. That no matter how much you love this person, you have no choice but to save yourself. Masakit ang maiwanan, but if only we could see the depth of the wounds of these people who endured all the pain just to save the relationship that they built for years. If you could only see how much they sacrificed and almost gave up everything just to stay, all those nights that they would cry to sleep questioning their worth, those days where they should've already given up but still chose to stay cause they still have this small hope na baka pwede pa, baka kaya pa. If you could only imagine the weight that increases with each pain and bitterness that accumulates until it is filled with heaviness until they can no longer carry it, that no matter how hard they try, wala na talaga. Hindi na kaya. Walang katumbas yung sakit at konsensya na kailangan nilang dalhin dahil sila ang nang-iwan. You can't even imagine how they were able to endure the pain in their heart. They are left with no choice but to be strong. Hindi sa lahat ng laban kailangan panalo ka. May mga laban na mas makakapagpalaya sayo pag binitawan mo. Ika nga ng karamihan, lahat ng mabigat gumagaan pag binitawan. At the end of the day, nang-iwan o iniwan, parehas masakit. We all become selfess when it comes to love. We cannot deny the fact na parte na ng pagmamahal ang masaktan. No matter how painful it is, always make your pain as an instrument to make you a better and stronger person. ❤️

It seems that the role of Kokoy let go their relationship easily but the truth is, he didn't. The process that he have been before he decided to end their relationship perhaps a very difficult and challenging process for him. He will not decide to end their relationship suddenly because he just want it. Maybe he went through a lot of deep thinking, he dwell so much in his decision before he came up for that. It is saddening that their relationship already reach its end. But I commend him for being honest that it's his fault and the girl is enough in their entire relationship.
