I have had that "period pain" woth no menstrual blood, everyday for 2.5 years. Everyday, no reason for the pain, it was the worst pain I've ever experienced, I couldn't eat, I was vomiting, I had swelled ao much in my pelvis that my painst cpuldnt button anymore. And i couldnt sleep., and doctors still don't know what's wrong. I'm currently on a high dose of pain meds because they can't diagnose. I think that might be equivalent to what Josh is talking about 🤔

AHHH what is with parking lot seagulls in Illinois? Hey guys I just wanted to say that about an hour in that was not an adequate trigger warning. I personally have issues with not hearing a proper warning and I know a lot of others do to. I just ask that you be more mindful when it comes to that kind of thing in the future. I was listening on Spotify at work and it was extremely jarring and I had to stop the episode. Erika, you obviously care about this and this was in no way a deliberate attempt to mess with people from you. Just maybe be a little more mindful about using silly filler words that not everyone will catch!
