For Fin I'd recommend that they try taking the role of instructing their gf to play with themselves and watch while you touch yourself. by sociological definition, women are a minority group, and thus are oppressed by the majority group, men. because of this societal power dynamic, women criticizing “men” as a group is more akin to women critiquing the power dynamic that allows men to act unjustly towards women, i.e. toxic masculinity (this is a bit of a simplification, but i hope you’ll see my point here). in other words, when a woman says men are bad, she’s really talking about the patriarchy (or, how it allows men to act/be treated). conversely, when a man says women are bad, he’s not critiquing any sort of power structure because there isn’t one there. he’s unjustly critiquing women. regardless of this distinction, i can still see how it would hurt someone’s feelings if their partner was talking about some aspect of their identity poorly, even if i personally don’t agree/feel the same. for that reason, i have to echo the judgies’ sentiment here: the person can just break up with their partner. not everything has to be a red flag, sometimes people just disagree. (sorry for the long comment and binary language, wanted to get my point across as succinctly as possible)

But women do and have for years have been the majority by very little of a percentage though. I agree with everything you said though just correcting that one part.

for the first story, my god the way people conveniently misunderstand systems of oppression whenever it will benefit them is astounding. men are the oppressors, women are the oppressed. white people are the oppressors, Black people are oppressed. the oppressed are allowed to critique & shit on their oppressors. oppressors are not allowed to further oppress those they already oppress. so yes, it's fine for a woman to say men suck & it is still wrong & racist for a white person to say "Black people suck". this isn't fucking rocket science, men like this are part of the men that are the problem & should be told they suck, full stop.

Early surprise! When you guys said Dabi cosplay, I really thought you meant she showed up and the fucking house elf. Also "Finn" from the listener submission, if for whatever reason you are reading the comments. Like they said communication is key, but especially how you approach your girlfriend.
