16:24 VanDam benefited from maps and side imaging, like any of us using basic tools back then. But he became the GOAT because of the way he fished water, fast. He covered so much water, seek and destroy style. He didn’t waste time staring at screens, not casting until something showed up on the screen, like most the fishing we see today. VanDam threw 10 casts before you finished your second cast. He presented fish with an opportunity to bite. That’s what made him the best.

I follow you both online, but I must say I was disappointed with this show. You had a table full of lures in front of you and you spend about 10 minutes on them. I know both your histories and how good of friends you are. I do not know all about those lures laid out in front of you and I was headed out fishing. I thought I might get a few tips. Kevin is my hero on the water and Zona is Zona, this is one reason I was a little disappointed with this episode. I would hope you would want us to tell you if we see something we do not like. You two are great but this was not your greatest moment to teach me something. I use a Lews KVD GS4 rod and a KVD bait caster, as well as other Lews products. The Strike King KVD crank baits as well. Unfortunately I broke two other KVD rods. Keep up the great work guys. Sorry I did not dig this episode. It is the first one I have not enjoyed of all your videos I have watched. I will still give you a thumbs up and like the video.
