Great video! Though I must say, sanding the pipe actually seems to detract from the illusion since the lines themselves aren't moving. It's like putting fingerprints on a perfectly clear glass pane, it takes away from its effect.

No, he did slime. Ooblek is different. Slime is just.. Slime.. Ooblek is water and cormstarch. When you hold it in your hands it acts as a liquid and will run through your fingers, but as soon as you apply a force to it, it turns into a solid.

use isopropal alcohol and melt different things with it like Styrofoam, lego's, and other plastics and try to make a slushy machine using and DC motor and liquid nitrogen or dry ice outside of a tank holding liquid so when the dc motor stirs the liquid in the tank it brushes it up against the sides of the tank, it freezes the liquid to make a nice slushy delight
@MGSLurmey
@MGSLurmey 6 жыл бұрын
Pretty sure Isopropyl Alcohol doesn't dissolve polystyrene. Acetone dissolves polystyrene. And they don't melt. Melting is a change of the state of matter from solid to liquid as a result of increasing the heat of an object or (sometimes) changing the pressure. Acetone dissolves plastics, doesn't melt them.

Water is polar, while nitrogen (N2) is nonpolar. I expect the magic sand to get "wet". Magic sand does not repel nonpolar molecules. Try dipping magic sand in standard vegetable oil to see what I mean.
