If you haven’t ever tried it, it is possible to make a giant bubble while in a bathtub by covering the inside of your arms with soap and pressing them up against your torso then slow spreading it out to make a giant bubble film, then blow in it. The bubbles are very heavy though.....

Regarding the battery making water move - magnetohydrodynamic motion is a real thing. You need way, way more voltage and current than a 9v can provide though. Would make a cool video to make though. Hint hint.

I've got one trick to make giant bubbles. Try putting some soap on your hands and then make a kind of ring with your index finger and thumb 👌like this and it should form a kinds of a film of soap. Now take another hand and blow into the film until large enough to the other hand. Then close it up and there you go! Viola!

Two things. 1. for the battery thing, it is possible to move a fluid with the current and it would cause movement it would just be negligible. 2. The soap bubble thing can be done, just not in the way shown there is a trick to it (if you snap your fingers open like that it will pop)
