've gone thru so much... I was hit by a drunk driver and lost my feet... I cried everyday. When i got to the hospital there were dr and nurses coming in and out my room its seemed chaotic with all the Dr's trying to save my life I seen him sitting in the chair petting my dog that passed away.. he seemed calm and he was looking at me and I knew then I was not alone... and I would get thru this..and now I can walk with my prosthetics and I'm grateful I'm alive... It was and still is hard...I cried a guttural cry in my car one night . At the realization that no one had ever truly loved me.. and a voice in my head said god loves you. And his love washed over me so instantaneously that the warmth and love I never felt before sent me into manic laughter.. how did I ever live a life not trusting in him. Ever since that day I walk by faith not by sight. I trust him blindly, whole heartedly,..just surrender and let him love you. If you haven’t come to Christ yet. This is your moment. This is your time. He is calling on you. Tugging on the strings of your heart to remind you ..he is with you forget about earthly things and they will come to you, 3 year ago I was a single mom who virtually had nothing to name. The melodies that once filled my heart with longing now resonated with joy, reminding everyone that no matter how dark the night, the dawn will always break, bringing the promise of a new day filled with hope and love. My story became a testament to the transformative power of faith and community, showing that through music, lives can be changed, hearts can heal, and dreams can come alive. My mother passed away last April 3, 2024 followed by my sister April 9, 2024. It was our heartbreaking year to my family. It's been almost 2 months since they left us, but i'm still grieving until now. 😭 I can't stop crying whenever I recall their sufferings when they got seriously ill. Hi Claire, I know exactly how you feel. My sister passed away in 2022. I flew back to Manila from Australia to see her on her deathbed. Because it was the peak of COVID, I couldn't come close and had to stay behind a glass window. I broke down, and I remember my brother hugging and consoling me. The day after, I had to fly back for my family and work. While driving home from the airport, I received the call that she had passed away. Just a month later, my brother passed away too. I was in such a dark place and struggled to cope. I even stopped praying for a while. It's only recently that I reconnected with him when I decided to start being active in my church community again. 3 years ago I suffered a miscarriage and I didn’t know why and I asked God if there was a reason for it. Suffered from infertility and I praise the lord Bc even when I felt down and felt like giving up, He never gave up on me. He answered my prayer and 3 years later, He has been faithful! She was so angry. Several years later, she met and fell in love with the man who she now has 3 children and 3 grandchildren with. God knows the beginning from the end. My husband and I have been praying and also I know other people have been praying for this child and is Gods work. Gods power is not limited. His power is supernatural. My son also cannot talk, but he has learned sign and has intensive speech therapy and he has blossomed. He may never fully speak but he is perfect in my eyes and the eyes of God. If I could suggest one thing, it would be teach him sign language. Just little signs that take away the frustration he feels when he cannot tell you what he wants/needs. I was at my lowest when I found this video. Long story short, I decided to reach out for help. I'm sitting in my doctor's office as I type this. They all told me they were proud of me. I'm sobbing cause I prayed for this for years. I let the devil run rampant in my mind long enough. It's ok to ask for help. This song just about dropped me to the floor, I was overwhelmed with emotions and tears. My 12 year old daughter died almost 14 years ago. Sometimes I wonder how I have made it this far or how I made it a day without her. Today I still advocate for mental health, sharing our story. I had a near death experience recently I was choking on food and I just kept saying not yet please. He did not give up on yet. My baby boy was there with me alone while it happened I was able to use a chair to do the heimlich on myself. I've been crying every day since it happened. I'm so grateful I'm still here. I’ve recently had to make decisions about people in my life so I can allow God to dwell in my house. It was so, so difficult to make room for Him.
