It's actually ok to donate stained or damaged clothes! Usually they'll send whatever isn't in wearable condition to a textile recycler so it can become something new instead of sitting in a landfill :)

Use exclusively silk pillow cases for the best skin and hair. You don't have to put it on your bed each day if it doesn't match just sleep with it each night. You could put it on a pillow then your matching pillow case on top. Cotton and similar fabric pillow cases pull on your skin and cause wrinkles, they also dry your skin out by absorbing your natural oils on your skin a d in your hair.

You can clean less if you don’t have your puppy in your bed, and you don’t climb in your bed in outside clothes, but only in lounge outfits or pjs/ nightgowns/babydolls ( you got the point 😉) ! Also go into your bedroom only in slippers or barefoot or socks.Huge difference! Just try! You’ll see 😊

I have recently cleaned out my closet according to my life style, which has changed over the years ( of course). I am selling most of my dressy clothes since I am home now, and that is NOT going to change since I have MS now. I still love to look cute and stylish, even sitting around the house! A cute top and some jewelry go a long way! I already donated 5 bags to Goodwill and to our dump where they put out free good stuff but am now gathering together stuff to sell on EBay. Organizing by category makes more sense. I dress according to the weather. I hang my bras on a hook on the back of a door.

Just so you know ... those string toys your dog is playing with is extremely dangerous. My brothers dog almost died from swallowing pieces of string from one of those same toys. The string got wrapped around her intestines and she almost died. Had to have emergency surgery.

Great tips, thanks. I like to organize by category, i.e., all skirts together, all tops together (then by sleeve length), then color within each category. Also, my best tip is to have everything in my closet ready to wear, clean, ironed/steamed, and in perfect repair. Items that need something done to them get put in my “laundry room”, a walled-off section of my garage with my appliances, ironing board, etc. I don’t have a lot of closet space, so having this helps me maximize it.

Changing your pillow cases at least 3x a week works. I don't change the shams but the ACTUAL pillows I sleep on. I have rosacea(sometimes called adult acne) and the clean cases have reduced my redness and break outs! Plus, fresh sheets just SMELL so damn good lol!
