Restoring the famous "Gun that won the west", The model 1873 is widely know for being reliable and very accurate. This made it the perfect firearm for conquering the Western Frontier. This particular one was produced in 1891. The high capacity lent itself to being used in battle and for hunting. This firearm has been all over throughout American history in cinema and in real life. Beautiful work. The engineering from 150 years ago is fascinating. My father had a gold plated 1966 anniversary model and a 1967 Canadian centennial model. Always loved those things.

Then just re posting to try and get more chances at the algorithm. Plus he has a Russian copy channel. With all the same videos and thumbnails and uploaded the same time

I have a Winchester Model 1894 (Mod 94) Manufactured in 1961. From what I understand it was the last year they were assembled by hand. Mine does look a lot better than what you started with, but I wouldn't consider trading it because I bought it for my father. Your end result looked great and after 133 years I know why you pulled the trigger from a distance in the beginning.

I would like to see you, not only take a gun like this apart, but then show us how you place the screws and pieces that you take off so that you know where they go when you put it back together.

An excellent job. But it makes you think about how good the craftsmen, engineers and designers were 150 years ago to be able to build something this complex and accurate, with none of the computer aided devices we take for granted today. Eae rifle Winchester modelo 1873, llego muy maltratado y axidado, me gusto mucho como lo desarmaste, le quitaste el óxido con el sand blast, como lo pavonaste y le diste el barnizado a la madera..!! Le pusiste tornillos nuevos, quedó como salido de la misma fábrica Winchester..!! Quedó precioso, hiciste un excelente trabajo, me encantó..!! Excelente video..!! P. D. Ya me quiero ir a trabajar contigo, restaurando y arreglando armas, a mi también me gusta mucho la armería..!!

I have one of those rifles. My grandfather bought it for $12.50 new in1873. Was offered $70,000.00for it about 5 years ago I have a box of cartages bought at Western Autofor $7.98 and recently bought a new box for $21.95.
