This is traditional Surti Recipe which is mostly enjoyed with mango pulp. It is flaky layered farsan which is most suitable snack with tea also. Today in this video this recipe is presented by Manishaben Desai from Surat. She is very good cook and fond of trying new recipes. 500 grams All Purpose Flour, मैदा
Separate 1 cup
½ cup Oil, तेल
½ cup Water, पानी
½ cup Oil, तेल
½ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
½ tsp Salt, नमक
½ tsp Baking Soda, बेकिंग सोडा
½ tsp Salt, नमक
1 tbsp White Pepper, सफ़ेद मिर्च
1 tsp Roasted Cumin, शिका हुआ जीरा
2 tbsp Black Pepper, काली मिर्च
